ABSTRACT
Introdução: Em virtude do crescimento da oferta de assistência odontológica no serviço público, observa-se que o mercado de trabalho para os Cirurgiões-Dentistas nesse setor está em franca expansão. Paralelamente a esse fato, registram-se, cada vez mais, protestos em relação à baixa remuneração. Objetivo: O objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar o cumprimento da Lei Complementar nº 131, pelos municípios do estado de PE em relação à remuneração dos Cirurgiões-Dentistas bem como traçar um retrato da remuneração dos que atuam na rede pública. Métodos: Foram selecionados 94 municípios pertencentes às GERES (I, II, III e IV), escolhidas por abrangerem as principais cidades da Região Metropolitana, Zona da Mata e Agreste. Acessaram-se as homepages dessas prefeituras, buscando os links do portal da transparência existentes, verificando-se o tipo de informação que estava acessível, incluindo os valores destinados aos recursos humanos. Resultados: Observou-se que apenas 2% dos municípios pesquisados tiveram seu portal acessível com todas as informações previstas pela lei, inclusive os valores da remuneração. Conclusão: Pode-se concluir que a grande maioria dos municípios de PE não cumpriu a legislação, o que, além de inviabilizar a realidade da remuneração da categoria por esse meio, demonstra o despreparo, o desleixo e a desídia, que caracterizam os gestores municipais do estado.
Objective: Introduction: Due to the growth in supply of dental care in the public service, it is observed that the labor market for Dentists in this sector is booming. Alongside this fact is recorded increasingly protests over low pay. Objective: The objective of this study was to evaluate the compliance of the supplementary law nº 131 of 27 May 2009, the municipalities of the state of Pernambuco in relation to the remuneration of Dentists and draw a picture of the remuneration of that act in public. Methods: We selected 94 municipalities belonging to GERES (Regional Health Management) I, II, III and IV, chosen because they cover the major cities of the Metropolitan Area, Zona da Mata and Wasteland. Accessed to the home pages of these municipalities seeking links the existing transparency portal, verifying the type of information that was available, including the amounts allocated to human resources. Results: It was observed that only 2 % of the municipalities surveyed had their portal accessible with all the information required by law complementary nº 131 / 09, including the remuneration figures Dentists. Conclusion: It was concluded that the vast majority of municipalities in Pernambuco not fulfilled with legislation which not only derail the reality of pay category thereby demonstrates the unpreparedness, the carelessness and negligence that characterize the city managers in the state.
ABSTRACT
A pesquisa realizada objetivou avaliar prontuários de crianças que apresentaram más oclusões de Classe I, II e III associadas ou não à mordida aberta anterior, tratadas com aparelhos do Sistema Trainer, atendidas no Centro de Especialidades Odontológicas (CEO tipo III - Ortodontia) da Faculdade Asces em Caruaru-PE, com a finalidade de saber se os aparelhos usados corrigiram ou não os problemas em questão. A avaliação foi realizada mediante conferência de prontuários e a apresentação dos resultados foi feita por meio de tabelas e gráficos. Os softwares utilizados foram o Excel 2007 e o SPSS 15.0. Nas correções propostas com o Sistema Trainer, foi obtida resposta satisfatória em 70% dos casos, resposta regular em 12,5% e insatisfatória em 17,5%. A partir dos prontuários avaliados, conclui-se que os aparelhos do Sistema Trainer que foram analisados apresentaram um elevado índice de respostas satisfatórias e corrigiram a maior parte das más oclusões em questão.
The actual research had the objective to evaluate children charts that presented Class I, II, and III malocclusion, associated or not to open bite, treated with Trainer System on Dental Center of Specialties (DCE type III Orthodontics) on ASCES faculty, Caruaru PE, with the main goal to know if the devices that were used treated or not the proposed cases. The evaluation was made through charts review and the results presentation was made by graphics, the softwares that were used are Excel 2007 and SPSS 15.0. On the proposed corrections with Trainer System the results made 70% of satisfactory cases, 12,5% on regular and not satisfactory on 17,5%. With these results can be concluded that the Trainer System devices evaluated presented high results of positive answer and most of the malocclusions have been corrected.
